My last trip of the year and it was to Romania.

Visited for work as they have a very large manufacturing plant there.

The price of staple items like beer, is very cheap!

They had some nice Christmas lights too, also some live music! No beer in the Christmas Market :-(

There was a new Paul for this tour and very good too.

Well two bites of the Marillion tour cherry this year

First up Leamington.

Bloody cold outside waiting to get in due to the stupid ticket system. Saves an O2 worth of tickets and paper does it. Bollocks. I, and I am sure others, have a stinking cold from it!

The gig was good, a few technical issues but they seemed in good sprits given its the first night!

 

Interesting set list (at the time of writing, the one on the Marillion site was wrong!)

Manchester

Staying over so that meant beers.

Met up with Gary. Him from Garden Party fame at the convention.

Mostly the same set list (except at the end). Better vibe, but less H chat.

Stage was Christmas decorated this time too.

3rd year we have been, always blessed with the weather.

 

This pulled into Nottingham as we were waiting for our train.
