8/8/06 - Rock City, Nottingham

Went to see Whitesnake. Not sure. Played well enough, the guitarists were good, but did not warrent a combined solo spot of 5 mins.The support band, The Answer, (on myspace theanswerrock) were very good and I will probably check them out some more.Anyhow, still trying to get a job, but have been videoing myself and building a DVD of me playing. More about why sometime later.Anyhow, Badger readers, off to practice. May do the Great Northern again tomorrow

3/8/06 - Great Northern Langley Mill

It's Thursday, Its Open Mic.Not played for a while at home or in public! 
This set is a bit louder than Warwick, Still freindly, but band orrientated.
Anyhow, got up and played.  There is no music stand, so I did not do what I planned, just reverted old standards (of mine). There wasn't one last time,so I will bring my own next time!

It was a 'good night' night last night.Played early so I could play.

I shall miss this place. Nick Sandy, Bill (the reason I do this, play not blog) Martin, Matt, Dave, Craig, Jez, Terry (who will miss my guitar and have to bring his own), Frank and all.I shall miss those who I saw play at the Tilted Wig who now perform at the punchbowl.Thanks to you all for making my short stay in Warwick fun, the best 10 months I have had.

13/7/06 Warwick Punchbowl

Punchbowl was heaving. Went down early, dropped of guitar and went to a project party in leamington.
Left that and went to Punchbowl, as stated it was packed. Anyhow, just managed to get name down and play.
