13/10/09 Queens Head, Wolverley

A nice place and some amazing musicians.
It is band based but caters for anyone. By the time I got on, it was buffet time and also the songs were limited to two, but never mind.

 New venue for me, but an old crowd, I say crowd two people I know, pub not much fuller.
 Good to get a warm welcome from generous Mike who runs it and also saw the great Jez Rogers.
I have now been named “Mr. Ben” as I keep turning up out of the blue.

Back to the greyhound.
Its a good night, even though not very busy.I brought along my new guitar, one I have built myself. It is made from an old 1971 Gunn & Moore cricket bat and an old acoustic guitar neck.
