I have never been here before.
It is a small venue, less than 400 seats, those seats were 1/3 empty and were on a savage pitch from back to front. What that meant was a great view.
We had some technical problems. His x-32 mixer, failed during the support, so that set was cut short so they could put in the spare. we were then witness to a quick sound check, including the man him self.
I used to go to school in Stamford many years ago, and it has not changed much.
I stayed in a nice b&b in the middle of Stamford, so I could enjoy a few beers!
The rescheduled date. To be honest, I was not expecting too much but I got more than expected.
He played two sets first on at 8:20 off at 9:05 and contained some greatest hits.
Second set on at 9:20 off at 11:05, basically Bat out of Hell and more greatest hits.
Some emotion, and apology for being ill last time and causing the reschedule.
