The Phone and Android are excellent, but its the bits around it that make it painful and awkward to use.
That said, I still would not have an iPhone
I am talking about PC integration ( including MAC).
- KIES is rubbish, it does what it supposed to do but does not do everything it needs to do
- KIES AIR is also rubbish. It does a bit more that KIES and a lot less too
- You have to use both to get anywhere and you cannot use both at the same time.
What do I want from a PC Client
- Back up and restore
- send SMS
- archive photos (into a sensible folder structure)
- sync to outlook
- easy connectivity
- use phone whilst connected
- Simple intuitive client

Samsung you need to review Nokia’s OVI Suite. This is what you should be striving for.
Kies AIR is great in sofar as you can do it wirelessly, but a USB option should be possible. Why well I cannot use it at work!!!!!
